 My Duffy book is called Hot Dog. Hotdog, Lizzie and Kev  want to win the toy town talent show. They were excited to win the talent show and buy a cool toy with the gift voucher they won.

My animal is a white and black animal. It looks like it has 4 strings hanging from its tummy. It is a fat animal that eats grass has big pointy ears . It has 4 long legs. 

The other animal is green and it has spots on it. Some of the other species of it can kill people from biting them. It is very long and big.

Giraffes live  in Africa but you can find them in zoos to.

Giraffes are the tallest mammals on Earth . It is because giraffe necks are so long so that's why  they're so tall. A giraffe's neck is too short to reach the ground .

Giraffes eat  Acacia trees. Giraffes only need to drink once every few days because Most of their water comes from all the plants they eat.

friday field trip

On Friday I went to the Margaret Mahy playground and the museum and the library. I went on the bus and I went to Margaret Mahy and went on the funnest slide in the world. It was green. I walked in the city and I saw a tram. It was a blue one. after all that time I finally got to the library. We made a native bird out of lego. Afterwards we got free time. Me, Ben and some other people made a giant Tower. It was Tall! Then I went on the slide and some people were being loud so we got kicked off the slide. Then we went to the museum and had lunch and me Brody and Jai went into the museum to look around. After that we went in to the museum with the whole class and we got taught a whole bunch of new games. then we left and we went on the bus to go back to school. then we got to play on junior playground .then we got to go home.

I woke up and I felt cold it's because I was in South Antarctica. I was 60 years old and still felt young like when I was eight. Did you know that turtles are cold blooded? I had to swim to Australia because the water is warmer. All of a sudden, a shark came up to me while I was in the water. I hid in my shell because it looks like a rock. Sharks don't eat rock. I was safe from the shark so I continued on my journey.

Duffy Day at NBC

I am a pirate today for Duffy Day. I choose this character because it is my favorite book and very cool.   

I am at excited about the Duffy assembly because we get given 2 new books!

Jacob Ferocious dog

 I was so excited my parents were going to let me stay at home alone and they were going to go to Burger Fuel. Oh sorry I forgot to introduce myself. My name is I was so excited my parents were going to let me stay at home alone and they were going to go to BurgerFuel. Oh sorry I forgot to introduce myself. My name is Jai. I am 14 years old. I have red eyes and I have a black shirt and black jeans and black shoes. I will carry on now. I was going to have pizza and chocolate for tea and I was going to sit on the couch and watch my favourite SpongeBob movie 1. Everything was going well then I heard a creepy noise coming from the attic and I had to go in the attic to see what it was. I did not like going in there at all! And in a couple of minutes I got enough courage to go into the attic. I got the Rusty ladder down and saw a dog. It stared at me and I just ran because I didn’t know if it was friendly or not. I hurried into my room and slammed the door. I thought I couldn't just stay in my room. I need to put the dog into a room so it doesn't break anything. I ran in the garage and I got my tennis racket and shooed the dog into the bathroom. Then I heard a car door slam. It was my mum and dad coming home from Burger Fuel. When they came home I told my Mum and Dad about the dog. It was actually really friendly. We got to keep the dog as a pet. Me and my family the family movie, SpongeBob movie 1. . I am 14 years old. my narrative

 Once upon a time it was a dark and stormy night and the thunder and the lightning grumbled the houses and the people. The ground cracked!

The next morning I woke up and saw nobody was there. I looked outside and nobody was outside. So I went for a walk to investigate. I was a survivor from the storm and then I looked around and there were two bears. One bear looked so rough and he looked like he wanted to punch me. The other bear had tattoos all over him. 

I ran and ran until I found an old home and an old bed and I hid underneath it. Then the Two Bears came to the home so I threw a bottle out the window to distract them. They ran out of the house and I burnt the house and now I have a big problem. The house I was hiding in is on fire. I sprinted back to my house and it had no water, no water so could not make the fire stop. I remembered I saw some water stored in the garage for times like this. I grabbed the water and put the fire out and was never disturbed again .

Mr Fortnun Argument of my choice

I strongly believe that kids should cook tea.

I believe that kids over 8 are old enough to cook tea. If you cook tea you can choose what you want to eat.It is fun and cool to cook tea.

Firstly, I think 8 is a good age to start cooking tea because you are old enough not to hurt yourself.

Secondly, sometimes I don't like what adults cook for tea, so if you make tea you can choose a meal that you like to eat.

It is cool to cook tea because you can use the BBQ. It is hot and you can get hotter and hotter. 

Finally, you don't have to do the dishes when you cook. You do not want to do the dishes. You want to relax

I strongly believe that kids should cook tea.I believe that kids over 8 are old enough to cook tea. If you cook tea you can choose what you want to eat. It is fun and cool to cook tea.

Jacobs Video Game Writing

Children should be allowed to play video games because they are fun and make you happy, not all games are violent and you can talk to your friends. 

Firstly, Video games are fun and adults can have some fun when we are on other devices. We are silent so they can have some relaxing time. It can make you happy because some games can be fun and entertaining. 

Secondly, not all video games are violent and they are cool. Because Roblox and Adopt Me are fun games. You can adopt pets, legendary pets and raise pets.

Finally, you can talk with your friends. For example, I can talk to Soma in Hungary. My favourite App to do this is Messenger Kids. It is a cool app because you can call people all over the world.

To conclude I think children should be allowed to play video games because not all games are violent and you can talk to your friends. I really enjoy video games because they are very fun and cool.

there should be swings at NBC

I strongly believe there should be swings at NBC. It's boring at NBC at playtime and if we have swings it will be fun because you could go up really high. Because the little children would love to play on the swings.

Firstly I think it is boring at play times. No stuff on the playground brings me joy. I really like swings because I can go up really high and it is fun

Finally, it’s good for team building because you could help people by pushing them on the swing.

In conclusion it's boring at NBC at playtime and if we have swings it will be fun because you could go up really high and sometimes I want to be on a swing and so do the seniors.
